STAFF
The role of a staff member with YWAM Urban Key is all about having vision to work cross-culturally for global and local outreach. As staff, you will be expected to show spiritual leadership in local evangelism and facilitating our in-house missionary training programs. Other responsibilities include mentoring Christians as they grow in their relationship with God, equipping them in everything from community development and health care, to evangelism and biblical counseling.
VOLUNTEER
The role of a volunteer with YWAM Urban Key is all about joining a ministry team led by one of our missionaries and serving around the base in a supporting role. In addition to this, you may be required to support our many in-house missionary training programs, our corporate & local community events or use your skills to support one of our operational departments.
